Clinic – Skin Institute, Al Ain

A commercial fit-out project for the Skin Institute clinic in Al Ain, transforming a shell-and-core two-storey space into a modern medical facility. The scope includes complete MEP rough-in with plumbing, HVAC ducting, fire suppression piping, electrical distribution, metal stud partitioning, gypsum board ceiling framing, and full interior finishing - all designed to meet healthcare standards and Civil Defence requirements.
